I work closely with the Product Manager and/or Tech Lead to develop solutions that specifically address the needs of users. By actively involving all stakeholders in an agile process, I ensure their perfect synchronization with the ongoing project. This collaborative approach guarantees smooth and continuous communication, enabling quick iterations and necessary adjustments to maximize the efficiency of your teams.
Explore: Understand and identify your users. This step involves collecting quantitative data and ensuring effective synchronization of all involved departments.
Define: Frame and prioritize the opportunities identified during the Discovery phase. This process relies on the collected data, available resources, the roadmap established with the Product Manager, and the impact objectives for the product.
Ideate and Test: Design a user experience that incorporates the recommendations of various departments, meeting the expectations of users and your business objectives. Each solution is tested to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with company’s overall vision.
This structured approach allows me to clarify my process while maximizing the impact of each step on the success of the product.
